- &042 How to make a connection
-
- Mocha Telnet can be started in two ways:
-
- 1) Click on file mtelnet (application program)
- 2) Click on mtelnet document (an example called telnet - myhost
- is included with the installation
- package)
-
- Mocha Telnet will read the configuration from the file it is started
- from. This makes it possible to save different configurations as
- mtelnet documents.
-
- The license key information is also stored in the mtelnet document,
- and will be checked at program start. It is possible to store the
- license information with the mtelnet application program. Click on
- the file, and enter the license information at menu - settings -
- license dialog box. Hereafter it is not necessary to type in the
- license information for all mtelnet documents. The only problem with
- this solution, occur if a new version of Mocha Mac Telnet is
- installed, hereafter it is necessary to enter the license key again.
-
- We will recommend using the mtelnet document to start Mocha Mac Telnet.
- This gives the possibility to install new versions of the program,
- without losing the configuration. Use the normal File Duplicate command
- to make a copy of the mtelnet document.
